It will be very useful in tomorrow's radio discussion. One thing has emerged as something worthwhile. There is an industry publication known as "Fraud Alert" which is a rag that discusses security and enforcement issues as pertain to the IEC business. One further point that I wish to emphasize: In no way do I or any of my associates condone or encourage fraudulent use of telecommunications facilities. When one uses a service, he must expect to pay for it. I believe this and I live it. But that does not mean that irrational and uninformed terrorization of people in the name of telecom security is to be tolerated.
