Hello,

We are considering the purchase of an empty lot and building a custom home
on it.

I'd like to find reasonably priced software (pc-based) to do floor-plan
and landscape design (the software can either be shareware, freeware,
or payware).  I would especially like to find software that can show 3-D
elevation views of the home and/or landscape in addition to the usual 2-D
views (I know such software exists, but I don't know if it is reasonably
priced.)

Any help or leads would be most appreciated.  I do have access to anonymous
ftp, so I can pull any software over the Internet if necessary.
