  Forgive me if this a FAQ.  I need an interface library (C++ preferred)
that will provide a _portable_ base for an application.

  I have seen C++/Views, CommonviewII, Zinc and a few others, but have
never used any of them.

  The library _should_ be supported on various platforms (i.e,
DOS,Windows,PM, OpenLook etc..)

  I know this sounds like a wish list, but if such a beast exists, could
someone tell me.  Please email and I will post a summary.
