In a previous message, I mentioned that the SCSI committee had "pulled
the standard off the truck" to make a last-minute change. raybro wondered
if that change required a review, or whether they just "put it back on
the truck" afterwards.

The ANSI representative assures me that it requires a review (the SCSI
committee still isn't finished).
