I am starting to use enddo's instead of labeled continues in our codes,
but I am curious about something.  Since this is not a Fortran 77 feature,
but rather an extension which anticipates Fortran Extended, what compilers
do *not* support it?  The particular codes I am dealing with should be
portable, so I am wondering what systems I am exluding.
