^Break doesn't seem to work on my new computer, a Gateway 2000 with 
Phoenix BIOS.  I'm running TP 5.5, and when the program is awaiting 
input, a ^Break locks it up so is has to be cold booted.  This
happens whether ^Break checking is on or off.   Why??
