Elm 2.4 is NOT, repeat NOT, officially  released  yet!!!!!!  The  latest
official version is 2.3 PL11. If you're using the 2.4d version (which is
still in development, hence de 'd' I assume), you're on your own  --  do
not expect any support, other than this message.

BTW, I'm not a member of the Elm development group, nor  am  I  speaking
for them.
