Box 1331 Piscataway, New Jersey 08855-1331 Ask for a "Student Membership Application". For regular members (non-student), the rates are: Membership (for European residents) $74.00 Computer Society Membership $22.00 All memberships run to December 31st each year, so they charge the full amount if you join between September 1 and February 28. They charge half price for the remainder of the year if you join between March 1 and August 31. Writing to the above address should work; my booklet has a an order form in it which allows checking a box for the type of information needed and says to mail it to that address. "Student Membership Application" is one of the boxes listed.
