Hi!

I'm going to be buying Minix sometime within the next week.. I have
several questions...

1) If I order it now, will I get 1.5.x or 1.6.x?

2) how much space will be taken up on my HD if I include the complete
source code and binaries?

3) Assuming that the TCP/IP extensions have been added, are telnet and
ftp available from any source, or will I have to try and write my own?

4) Is it possible to get Xwindows/Motif compiled and running with
Minix?

5)  Is the current book (I know it needs to be bought separately) the
same as the original printed in 1987?


6 (last one)) I have 2 20 meg HD's... they're getting pretty much
filled now, but I plan on doing some house cleaning and moving thing
around to make space for a Minix partition... I am hoping to give it
no more than 10 megs.... will this be enough, or would it be desirable
to increase it?
