I just picked up waffle and it keeps on talking about a "fossle driver". Well, 
I went to my local PC stores, and no one know what the heck one is. So, before 
I start up the software, I was wondering...

1) What is it?
2) Do I really need it?
3) Where do I get it if #2 is YES?
