I installed Windows 3.0 after installing QEMM386 and Desqview and Windows would
would run correctally in standard mode, but when I upgraded Windows to version
3.00a (from 3.0) it would nolonger run in standard mode under Desqview; Moreover,
it wouldn't run in standard mode outside of DV when QEMM386 was running. Windows
did run in enhanced mode when under QEMM386 alone.  I was using an ATI VGA Wonder
card in 800x600x16 mode for Windows if this makes a differance.
