Okay, guys, I am sure this is a FAQ, but:
can someone explain the different archive formats in dos?
os/2 for that matter (hope no one gets offended).

I find .zip, .zoo rather confusing.  Not to mention that 
they are not the most intuitive things in the world.

You can also just e-mail me ftp site for FAQs, which will
also be appreciated.
