Of course in a strict sense you are absolutely right about that it
was not a binary underneath, but we know quite well that this is not
the essence of the matter.  I'm quite positive that the gentle
readers gathered the purpose and reasoning in my posting discussing
why posting uuencoded packages to unmoderated newsgroups is
problematic.  Let me also repeat that my intention is solely to
inform, not to flame anyone for well meaning efforts.
