Also, how does one go about getting a broken exabyte fixed? Do you have to remove it and ship it somewhere or does someone come to do that for you? Do you get a loaner? (dream on :-) ) Do you keep a spare or some other way to backup while it's out or just hold your breath and wing it? How long does it take to get back and what does it cost.
