I'd like to hear from people about how reliable their drives
are and how often they need service. Also, how does one go about 
getting a broken exabyte fixed?

Do you have to remove it and ship it somewhere or does someone come to
do that for you?  Do you get a loaner? (dream on :-) ) Do you keep a 
spare or some other way to backup while it's out or just hold your breath
and wing it? How long does it take to get back and what does it cost.
Can you get a maint. contract from anyone? Will these questions never end?
