Andrew,
  I recently needed to contact Fujitsu about a drive of theirs making
bearing noise.  Aren't 5 year warranties wonderful...  Anyway, I just
called up 800 information (1-800-555-1212) and asked for the number for
Fujitsu.  They came back with Fujitsu America 1-800-424-1500.  Try the same
for DTC...
