    Exabyte has a factory repair facility.  Turn-around time is
typically 10-15 days.  Extended warranties are usually available from
the distributor/ dealer/VAR from whom you purchase the unit.  Ask about
terms.  Some vendors offer next-day replacement warranties, on-site
service contracts and other options.  Negotiate what you need.  Service
options may vary depending on your distance from the vendor.
