For those of you who may have responded to my posting for a QuickBasic
DE-compiler, I tried responding back by E-mail but there the mailer 
bounces the mail back to me saying unknown destination or something
like that.  Anyway those that have responded I appreciated the information
however it was not very helpful.  Thanks to those that responded.  

P.S. The initial posting still stands.....that being if someone comes across
     a QuickBasic DE-compiler let me know.
