I was rather miffed as New Horizons advertised V2.5 as being "Guaranteed bug free" Admittedly they didn't advertise this for V3.0, but I assumed it applied. So I wrote them a letter (about 9 months ago). I STILL have not heard a single thing from them, not even some kind of acknowledgement for recieving my rego card. The deal for V2.5 was that if you found a bug, they would fix it and send an update within 30 (?) days. Now V3.1 is out (which fixes most, but not all bugs) and I have not recieved any kind of correspondence from them. I was forced to copy V3.1 from another user who bought V3.1. Has anybody out there got better support (any ?) from New Horizons, or is it just because I am in Oz rather than the USA ? Amiga Users Group of Western Australia.
