You can then compile it on your host system and have 1000 byte packet support. That REALLY speeds things up on a packet switched network like the milnet. Forget trying to use XMODEM from a TAC not because of delay/latency but because it is an ascii box ditto for zmodem. I do not have the complete address for columbia but if you look at comp.protocols.kermit they should tell you. the xprkermit.libray has the actual kermit protocol implementation in it and vlt will not work without it.
