I dont know about the US, but in Sweden the only license agreement is the stupid "dont-break-the-seal-unless-you-want-us-to-control-your-complete- destiny-in-the-future" kind, which is completely useless here. So, unless Apple changes anything I will be able to _buy_ sys7 from my Apple dealer and use it, legally, on my A-max. Just to give you some insight from other markets than the US.
