It runs on 12MHz clock, with 12MHz 68020 and 68881 FPU. It has 32-bit wide memory expansion facility if daughtercard is added on top of accelerator board. Card has two parts, first small daughtercard which plugs into 68000-socket, having two sockets, other for the 68020-card and other for the original 68000 processor. (Switch selectable) It is also fairly tall, the A500 keyboard won't fit in its place when the card is installed. The problem is, it won't work with my A590. Drive led blinks, but screen stays grey. I tried it without autoboot, still no luck. Without A590 system works fine, but on power-on the screen is blue approx. 2 seconds and then machine boots up normally. Hardware setup; A500 with rev6 motherboard, 512k CHIP ram, old agnus 512k expansion with clock in expansion slot External floppy drive A590 with 1MB FAST ram and that clunky WD XT-IDE drive Unknown 68020 accelerator board -- =<*>=-=<*>=-=<*>=-=<*>=-=<*>=-=<*>=-=<*>=-=<*>=-=<*>=-=<*>=-=<*>=-=<*>=-=<*>= # Bror Heinola # NetMail: # Public BBS system: # # Programmer # heinola@karl.hkkk.fi # Twilight Zone MBBS #
