SID works okay, except for the following:

1) the menu bar is assumed to be in an 8-point font (although the menu
   items themselves are okay)
2) it tries to open a con:0/0/1/1.. window, which 2.0 doesn't like. It would
   be nice if SID's author could modify _main so it doesn't open anything.
