Diskmaster does work under AmigaDOS 2.0!  I have diskmaster V1.4, and it 
works great.  CED had early problems, but there was a fix released.  
CrossDOS works GREAT under 2.0.
 
The one program that causes me a pain under 2.0 is MED.  I have to restart 
under Amidos 1.3 to use it.  What a pain....
