I had a Sider a long time ago and I beleive that the only proper park utility
for it is on the master disks that came with it (option number 7 on the menu
of the Sider system disk.)  I'm pretty sure that GS/OS is not properly parking
your drive when you shut it down.  This won't be a problem unless you wish to
move the device, in which case I suggest using the supplied utility.
