My *eight*mz ZIP GS came in a week.  I've noticed that the CPU is actually
marked as *7mz*; I suspect that they've simply selected chips that work at
eight for that option.  For 9mz and 10mz they may actually have to get
different chips, thus the delay.
Anyway-- re: support:		I had a cable problem with my unit; their
customer service rep diagnosed it accurately over the phone and send a
replacement immediately.  I'm happy.
