There's a bug in the TOS 1.4 desktop that I've come across which prevents
installed programs from running properly when the full name is 30 characters
long. e.g. I've got Tempus installed so that clicking on any .MOD extender
file runs it with that file. However, clicking on 'f:\modula2.sys\def\tqm\
vdi.mod' just gives the Show / Print / Cancel dialog instead.
