Well the 2 chip set Roms are being sold in the UK.
Check out ST-Format and ST-User Magazines for details.

You will have some small problems with the USA Roms, a few keys will
get remaped, the USA Key board is not the same, plus you will get USA
date format and 60hz as standard.
