We are stuck with one of these beasties and it has driven us practically to drink. The only solution when we started was a combination of TWG's overprices TCP suite and a cisco router to convert from 802.3 to ethernet II framing. Since then the TWG software has been mostly fixed ( now supports subnets, ethernet framing, and DNS resolver ), but is still expensive. Try info@twg.com for pricing and the like.
