He has an HP 9000 960 , it is not the "Classic" model, but I forget the model name.... Anyway, he is trying to run kermit. It starts up like normal (Im talking him thru it, as I've used it on a VAX, Prime, and PC). However, the CONNECT command results in an error message that says it doesn't understand that command. Hewlett Packard has elected NOT to support this S/W and will not offer any Technical help to him. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. Shawn E.
