Can anyone supply any information on this card?

I recently aquired a multifunction card for a PC in a trade.  Unfortunately,
no documentation was included.  The card has a serial port, parallel port, 
a battery backed clock and sockets for additional ram.  The serial and parallel
ports work correctly and the card has 128k of memory that my XT recognizes and 
uses.  However, I have been unable to get the clock to set and hold the time.
If anyone has any information on this card, how to test/set the clock or what
the multitude of jumpers are for, I would be grateful for the info.
Everything I could get from the card in the way of an id number are:

     serial number: 2611403
