This is an external drive that runs off of the floppy controller. The controller I have is a WD1006V-SR2, which is a 16 bit 2 FD/2 HD controller. I already have two floppy drives in my system and I don't want to lose either of them. Can I add a secondary floppy controller to the system and run the tape system off of it? Anyone have experience with this tape system? Any help or info would be greatly appreciated. -- "In this world you must be OH so smart or OH so pleasant... I recommend pleasant"----> Elwood P.
