Thus the reposting.) I am having problems with a script for Telemate for hooking into the local Public Access Unix Box (sactoh0). However, this is not a standard login. What I need to do is wait 5 seconds after calling in, then send a ^M. If I don't receive a "login:" within 3 seconds, then I want to send a ^M again, then go back and wait three seconds for the "login:" again. (A loop in essence). However, if I do get a "login:", then I should continue the login sequence. Any ideas? Thanks in advance. This is what my script looks like: ; ;Telemate Learn Script generated on 4-02-91 ; Waitfor 5 ; wait until string matched Put "^M^M^M" Waitfor "login:" Put "mholtz" Waitfor "Password:" Put "^&^M" -- NOTE: /\ UUCP: ames att!pacbell! \ pacbell is ill at the moment \/ pyramid sun!pacbell! -=> sactoh0!mholtz and cannot accept mail. /\ ucbvax!csusac! / \/ INTERNET: mholtz@sactoh0.SAC.CA.US
