FRACTINT won hands down. And it is great. The latest version I could find is FRAIN151 (on the mirrors archive at Washington U St. Louis). It is a fabulous program. It works very nicely witht the Tseng 4K chipset. The consensus was also that animation games don't and won't exist for SVGA mode. So I guess I lost a good excuse to go out and buy a game.
