I need to be able to make changes to them on my mac. Currently I use the Apple File Exchange to translate to Mac format, edit them with an editor (usually uemacs) and finally translate them back into DOS format. This requires starting up the File Exchange twice. Ideally I would like to be able to read and write directly in DOS format. I am considering using AccessPC to mount DOS disks. Would it be possible for me to edit the files directly from the DOS disk? Will uemacs do the job or will I have to use something like Word that can read/write DOS? -- Badri Lokanathan Go ahead, flame away. badri@sdl.scs.com (or) Make my day. ...!uunet!sdl!badri
