We recently changed to EtherTalk Phase II.  One of my
colleagues has an SE/30 with Assante's ethernet card.  It seems
to be having problems: he can't use NCSA Telnet (MacTCP version)
and AppleTalk at the same time.  Does this seem familiar to you?
