I am trying to install a Generations Technology TV box on
my MacIIx or MacIIci, but nothing is working (and their
technical support number has been disconnected!)

I put the tv box init in my system folder, but
on startup, its icon appears with a big X through it.  Nothing
shows up in the control panel, relating to the tv box either.

Does anybody have any experience with this box?  What does that
X mean?
