Can one use a normal IBM VGA monitor with a Mac IIsi, assuming you have
the proper cabling?  If so, then where can I find specific pinouts for
connecting a 15pin High Density VGA plug to the 15pin Dsub connector on
the Mac.  I have heard that Washington Apple PI offers kits to do this,
but all I need are the pinouts and I will do it myself.
