I'm looking for a version of the GetIndPattern call that works with color
pix patterns.  I've looked in all the IM volumes and have not found one.

The ppt# editor in ResEdit is great but how do I access the individual
patterns?

I looked in IM-V and saw the info about the ppat resource, and it did not look
obvious how to index into a list of these beasts.  Any help or code would
be appreciated.
