Well, just for your information, we have not received the final Addison Wesley IM VI book
for DTS use either. Makes us wonder how committed AW is to DTS :-) (who is not
even involved in developer material seeding). Apple has seeded various alpha and beta
releases of this book to registered developers, and I'm sure the cost for this activity
is far more than $40/developer.
