Message-ID: <1991May27.051112.4315@hawk.cs.ukans.edu> From: chai@hawk.cs.ukans.edu (Ian Chai) Date: Mon, 27 May 1991 05:11:12 GMT Organization: University of Kansas Computer Science Dept Lines: 17 I noticed that my system file's icon (under 7.0) seems to have disappeared! It's got a generic document icon now. I don't know if this happened under my fairly frequent desktop rebuilds to recognize icons to new unstuffed applications (see another thread in this section) or if it's a virus, a cosmetic bug, or what. I recall an old 6.x virus would render the system or finder icons as a generic document. Once again, email is preferred, and I'll post a summary if demand warrants. Thanks -- Ian Chai Internet: chai@cs.ukans.edu Bitnet: 665instr@ukanvax I don't believe in flaming. If I appear to be flaming, either (a) it's an illusion due to the lack of nonverbal cues or (b) my sprinkler system has suffered a momentary glitch, so just ignore me until it's fixed.
