All of the tools which used to go into the Communications Folder under System
6.x need to be moved to the Extensions Folder under System 7.0.  ADSP is
included in System 7.0.  TCP/IP is not.

The sounds must be double-clickable.  Basically the rule is:  If you can
double-click the file in the finder and have it work, it will work in the
Startup Items folder.
