Subject: System7 and Image Writ Woes

I have installed System 7 on a Mac SE/30,5meg ram,105mb HD.  When I print to
my direct connect image writer, it will print a line or two, stop and wait,
print a few more lines, stop and wait, and on and on.  It takes well over
2 minutes to print a single page!  Am I doing something wrong or is this a
side effect of multitasking.  I prepared 12 bills last night that took over an
hour to print.  Normally it takes about 10 minutes.  What do I do?
