i have an application that i created in IB v1 and i have since 
started improving it in IB v2..... here is my problem:

when i launch the application from the file viewer, everything 
seems to work ok, except that the main window refuses to become
the key window (title bar will not highlight).  If i launch the
app form the unix command line, everthing works great.  

i suspect that this has nothing to do with what version of IB i
am using..... but i am stumped as to what might be causing the
problem.  any insights or suggestions are welcome.
