I have uploaded Chris Osborn's Tracer program to nova.cc.purdue.edu
It is called Tracer.tar.Z


This program will auto trace a tiff image and convert it to eps. It
will also attempt to fill images so they look like the original.  It
also does minor curve recognition, and will recognize lines.
