Does anyone know of a Graphic Conversion Utility called BMX?
The question was raised by Captain Michael Winfrey of Offutt Air
Force Base, NE.  (He has no electronic mail access.)
He wishes to know if there is one, is it a public domain and
how can he obtain it, etc.
