Since I am ex-Bell Labs, I have made my document preparation
environment heavily dependent on troff/pic. However, my students
and colleagues use a mix of other environments, perhaps the most
important being TeX (because of the electronic submission policy
of the APS, IEEE, etc). Thus I am very interested in tools to
help in troff <-> TeX translations. If you can help, please do.
