   We're interested to install a NIS and NFS Servers for all our UNIX
  machines (VAX'es, RS's, DEC's, NeXT's), our idea is to mantain accounts
  for all our students, teachers and administrative personal (about
  15,000 persons). But I want to know about other experiences of this
  in other universities or companies.
   Mainly I like to know about what kind of server machines are you 
  using (for NIS and NFS), how much disk you have, how policies you
  have to administrate this.
   I would apreciate very much if some unix administrators can send
  to me their experiences they had been.
