Message-ID: <1991May30.134904.8559@rs6000.cmp.ilstu.edu> Date: 30 May 91 13:49:04 GMT Organization: Illinois State University Lines: 18 Hi all. Got a problem with out token-ring/TCP/IP... For some reason our model 530 crashed while installing 3005 (probly my fault...). Anyway I restored from system backups. The ODM, aparently, was rebuilt since I had to redefine a modem, a printer and all the Token-ring and TCP/IP setup information (including thelling the TR card to use 16mbps instead of 4). Everything works fine except locally. We have three vax/suns on ethernet bridged to the token-ring via 8209s. The 530 cannot talk to these but can everywhere else. What am I missing here? Thanks for any help!
