Keywords: csh completion filename filec Message-ID: <1991May28.041031.6085@cpsc.ucalgary.ca> Date: 28 May 91 04:10:31 GMT Reply-To: pepers@enme3.UUCP (Brad Pepers) Organization: U. of Calgary, Calgary, Alberta, Canada Lines: 14 I am trying to get filename completion working in csh but can't. I set filec and it seems to work but the commands with completion in them are ignored. Also the ESC char appears in the completion. An example of completing an.example.filename is: cat an.ex^[ample.filename When I hit return on this line, I get a prompt and nothing happens! I figure there is something in stty I need to set to make it work but I don't know what. Help! I can't live without completion!!! Brad Pepers (pepers@enme.ucalgary.ca)
