I am sorry if this is not an appropriate place to post this so I will be
brief.  Is there a such thing as public access UNIX accounts?  What I
am looking for specifically, is somewhere that someone could get an
email account possibly for a minimal fee.  I have heard of MCI mail.
Is that what it is?  Thanks in advance for any help.
